How long does it usually take to find an apartment?
Some of our customers needed one week, others a few months. This depends on many factors that we cannot influence. The duration depends on the market situation and your individual requirements.

What costs are associated with your service?

Do I have to pay a commission if the contract is successfully concluded?
No, usually not! If we work with external property managers, additional costs may arise. In such cases, we negotiate the fee as low as possible for you.
What happens if I don't find my apartment through ImmoHero24?
We strongly recommend consulting with our team before you cancel. It is quite possible that we are already in negotiations or in talks with landlords for suitable apartments for you.
You can of course cancel your service at any time by sending us your cancellation by post – please observe the deadline of at least 14 days before the end of the contract. For security reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept cancellations by other means.
Can I also use your service for commercial properties?

How high should my income be to rent an apartment?
As a rule, your monthly income should be three times the net rent. We are happy to advise you on further details.
What is the difference between cold rent and warm rent?
- Cold rent (Kaltmiete): rent without utilities
- Warm rent (Warmmiete): rent including utilities such as heating, water, electricity, etc.
Is it possible to rent an apartment without a credit check?
Yes, it is possible, although more difficult. With our ImmoHero24 all-round package you receive one including a credit check free of charge.
