2. Analysis of your personal situation + Enhancing/ Optimizing your documents

Our professional team analyzes your personal situation, your requirements and your wishes. We review, optimize and complete your documents for the application.

Included: The ImmoHero24 applicant portfolio documentation!

The ImmoHero24 documentation portfolio consists of: a Credit check, a tenant a self-disclosure, a proof of income, a proof of rental payments, and a proof of identity. (All with the highest German standard)

3. Find an Apartment!

Our team and the ImmoHero24-AI apartment finder program will search for apartments that match your profile in the current market and apply for you.

We will try to offer you an apartment from the portfolio of partner real estate management companies.

We will send you notifications about the latest apartments on the market.

We will also send you ImmoHero24 documents that provide you with expert knowledge on the search for an apartment tailored to your needs.

4. Choose a Home that suits you

We will try to find at least 1–5 apartments that might be the best match for you. Now it is up to you to choose one of them.

+ Accompaniment to viewings (if desired) or full representation if you cannot attend.
